With over 20 years of experience in the mental health profession, I have helped clients navigate a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to more complex relationship issues. Whether we meet in my tranquil South Riding home office or via secure online therapy, you will find a judgment-free space designed for real transformation.

You Are Meant To Be Happy

I believe we are meant to be happy and that with the right tools and motivation, peace and joy are possible to attain. No doubt, for most of us, our challenges in relationships and experiences of living can make this VERY difficult at times. Until we learn about ourselves— in a deeper and more meaningful way, we react to life ineffectively at times—creating even more problems for ourselves!

Therapy Can Assist

Therapy can assist you in gaining an awareness of yourself and of others with whom you interact. This understanding generates a more intentional way of thinking and behaving. When we feel more intentional, we have greater empowerment and experience a more fulfilling and effective life. Feeling this strength and confidence over ourselves allows us to feel calm and happy.
